This Weather...

The weather is killing me... well, not literally, but the lack of sun (7 days and counting) is really getting to me mentally. Does anyone out there (the whole 2 of you who read this blog) have any experience with full spectrum lights? They are supposed to help those with Seasonal Affect Disorder, and while I'm not diagnosed with that, I'm sure I'm affected.
